How to Nail Those Tough Interview Questions

As a student job seeker, nailing those tough interview questions can be almost as nerve-wracking as your first day on the job. Some of those stock interview questions like “What’s your greatest weakness?” or “What are your greatest strengths?”

Most of the time, hiring managers are actually gauging how you handle yourself, if you can be succinct with your answers, and how you react to unexpected situations. No matter what job you are applying for, your ability to think quickly and possibly inject a little personality into your answers is what will help make you stand out. Remember, there are other applicants and they might be giving stock answers to stock questions which is something you can avoid with a little interview preparation.
